July Updates 2023

Recent News:

• Thanks for your hard work on maintaining your yard / houses. The architectural committee did a walk through and, for the most part, everything looked great.

• Lawns by Jeff planted new crepe myrtles at the entrance to the neighborhood - thank you Jeff!

• The county will be contacted regarding the grass not growing at the pond construction site.

• The 2024 budget is in the works and will be discussed further/voted on at the Sept Board Meeting.
