Bulk trash day is October 1, 2022. Please note the following guidelines from the trash company:
No hazardous waste
No tires
No water heaters
No washers/no dryers/no appliances
No recyclables
No exercise equipment
No construction materials
It's been a while, there wasn't much to cover this summer but we're back at it!
Thanks to Jeff (Lawns by Jeff) for finishing the entryway to the park. Hope you're all enjoying the new path and landscaping as much as we are!
Bulk trash date has moved to Oct 1. There was a miscommunication with J&J.
Meeting minutes from the September Board meeting are on the website.
The annual Board meeting will be Thursday, Nov. 10. Multiple Board positions are open, please consider volunteering your time - we're a fun bunch! :) If you'd like to nominate yourself or someone else, please email copperfieldmd@gmail.com prior to the Nov. 10 meeting.
You'll receive a postcard and email with more information about the meeting in a few weeks.
Not exactly Board related: Some of you may have heard - Jimmy (our mailman) & his partner are having a baby any day now. Many of us (and our pups) greatly appreciate him. Some of us will be leaving cards / small gifts for him - wanted to spread the word if you would like to do so as well. Please keep in mind, mail carriers can accept goodies/treats, and also gift cards for $20 or less, but they cannot accept cash.

This Weekend ...
Yard sale is postponed until the rain date - June 18, 2022
The goal is to have the Block Party at the park on June 11. If the rain prevents the band from setting up but is not a total wash out, many of us still plan to party in the park - utilizing the food trucks and enjoying drinks with neighbors. Please check the neighborhood facebook group or text Maggie for the latest update (410.382.8716).
Other News ...
We're finalizing the landscaping around the entrance to the park. Please be patient as this work is completed. We hope you're enjoying the new, smooth pathway!
HOA dues are due next month - details here
There have been a number of fireworks being set off lately. Please remember most of these are being launched outside of the neighborhood. Fireworks that leave the ground are illegal in the state of Maryland. If you have concerns, please call the police and/or fire marshal to address the problems.
Minutes from tonight's Board meeting will be posted in the coming days.
Lastly, many many houses are already signed up for the e-newsletter. Please help us spread the word for those who haven't yet heard about it. Tell you neighbors when you can!
