2024 Easter Egg Hunt: March 23, 4pm

Join us Saturday, March 23rd at 4pm for an Easter Egg Hunt at the park, for children in the neighborhood! Rain date: March 30th

This event is not funded by neighborhood dues. If you would like to contribute, please drop bags of candy or trinkets (small enough to fit in a plastic Easter egg) off to 3280 Brockton Dr by March 16.

Recent News:

• Neighborhood yard sale will be held on Oct 7, 8am-1pm (rain date Oct 14)

• 2024 Board Meeting Schedule - mark your calendars!

  • March 14

  • May 9

  • July 11 - to include an open discussion on the 2025 CCA budget

  • September 12 - BOD will vote to approve the budget. New board members will be nominated and voted in.

  • November 14

• Dan Ogren re-joined the board, to start in 2024. Tim Deeley renewed his term. Jennifer Hansen will be rolling off the board after many years of service. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Next Board Meeting: Thursday, November 9, 2023 - 6:30pm @ Jefferson Ruritan. If you can not attend, please submit your proxy form by mail or email to copperfieldmd@gmail.com. This will be a very brief meeting, followed by a neighborhood holiday potluck. Stay tuned for details!

July Updates 2023

Recent News:

• Thanks for your hard work on maintaining your yard / houses. The architectural committee did a walk through and, for the most part, everything looked great.

• Lawns by Jeff planted new crepe myrtles at the entrance to the neighborhood - thank you Jeff!

• The county will be contacted regarding the grass not growing at the pond construction site.

• The 2024 budget is in the works and will be discussed further/voted on at the Sept Board Meeting.
